Vitamin D is essential for the health of the body. It is responsible for the absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, ie for the bone and tooth substance, strengthens the immune system and contributes to cell division. However, since vitamin D is formed only with the help of sunlight in the skin itself, it should additionally be supplied externally especially in the case of little solar contact.

Recommended Use:

Dosage and use: Take daily 1 to 2 capsules swallowed whole with a little liquid. The capsules can be taken independently of a meal or after a meal. Free from lactose, yeast, gluten, colors and preservatives.
