Terms and Conditions

1. General

All diagnosis and treatment methods presented here are the content of the naturopathic experience medicine and the methods from the research results of modern quantum physics, based on a number of Nobel Prize winners since about 1900. (Max Planck, Albert Einstein, Werner Heisenberg, Erwin Schrödinger, Nils Bohr, etc.) These are not among the generally accepted methods in the sense of recognition by the scientific conventional medicine, based on the classical physics since Isaac Newton (1642-1727). All statements made and findings on modes of action and indications of the presented methods are based on the current findings and empirical values ​​of the respective therapeutic directions themselves.

2. Ticket sales for events and workshops

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the sale and delivery of tickets (hereinafter also referred to as "Tickets") by the SLC Institute for Information Medicine. Deviating terms and conditions of the purchaser (hereinafter also referred to as the "customer") are only valid if the SLC Institute for Information Medicine has agreed to such deviating conditions in advance in writing. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions and is bound by them. These terms and conditions are available on the homepage of the association and can be stored by the customer if necessary.

2. Condition of the contract

The customer's order is a binding offer, which becomes effective upon notification of all data required by the association. All customer data submitted during the ordering process will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties, unless the data is required to fulfill the service. The club is free to accept offers on ticket purchases within 14 days from receipt of the offer or to refuse by sending an appropriate declaration to the customer, especially in the case of existing price increases or any errors due to errors in sales brochures, price lists or other documentation , Any liability of the Niederösterreichische Kulturszene Betriebs GmbH is excluded for such price increases or errors.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are "gross prices" (including VAT). The expenses incurred with the shipping (postage) will be charged separately. Printing errors and individual price changes remain reserved. The ticket price is due for payment immediately after conclusion of the contract. Exceptions to this are: Telephone reservations for deposit at the evening box office

4. Payment Methods

The Association Art, Culture and Science Hohenberg accepts the following credit cards: Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, Visa, JCB. Cash payments, payment by debit card (Maestro) and payment by credit card are also possible. The cards will be sent by post upon request or are available at the cash desk or evening box office.

5. Shipping / delivery times

The shipping is at the expense and risk of the buyer. A shipping fee of € 2, - or € 5, - will be charged for registered mail. For subscribers, shipping is free. The customer will check the sent cards immediately after receipt for correctness and completeness and notify any complaints without undue delay. If a customer is an entrepreneur, he is obliged to immediately inspect the cards and to immediately report any defects in case of any other loss of warranty claims.

6. Exclusion of a right of return and exchange

Card withdrawal and exchange are excluded. There is no refund of paid card prices. The only exception is the cancellation of an event. Changes to the cast and program as well as changes to the starting times are expressly reserved and are not considered a reason for withdrawing the ticket.

7. Cancellation of an event

In the case of cancellation of an event, an admission ticket can be redeemed within two months of the date of the event at the ticket offices of the respective organizer or at the respective ticket office. In the case of cancellation, postponement or modification of the program, there will be no replacement of any expenses associated with it (such as hotel, travel expenses, etc.).

8. entitlement

The customer is only entitled to performance after full payment of the price. Until then, the card remains the property of the association. The customer is entitled to performance only after presentation of a valid card (card with demolition).

9. House rule

The customer agrees with the ticket purchase to comply with the applicable house rules. Each valid ticket entitles a person to attend the given performance in accordance with the relevant house rules. The staff of the public service is on request always the valid ticket and in the case of the use of reductions the appropriate authorization must be presented. In the event of a violation of the house rules or the above provisions, the customer may be expelled without refund of the purchase price of the show.

10. Late arriving visitors

In order to allow the audience an undisturbed performance visit, late-coming visitors will only be admitted during the breaks or during one of the applause breaks ordered by the evening service.

11. Picture and sound recordings

Without special permission, any image and / or sound recordings are forbidden before, during and after the performance for copyright reasons. In the case of television or film recordings, the visitor agrees that the photographs taken during or in connection with the event (image, film, video) may be used without compensation within the scope of the usual evaluation.

12. oversight responsibilities

By purchasing the ticket, the visitor, in his capacity as a companion to a person who is not fully competent to work, is not released from a duty of supervision and is liable for any damage resulting from the omission of his duties.

13. Consumer protection information

Since the services offered are leisure services within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is not entitled to a special statutory right of withdrawal in the case of a contract concluded by distance selling or a contract declaration issued by distance selling.

14. Place of fulfillment, choice of law and jurisdiction

Place of fulfillment is St. Pölten. Without prejudice to any special responsibilities for consumers, the relevant court in St. Pölten shall be responsible for all disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract. Austrian law excluding international referral standards is deemed to be agreed.

15. Final Provisions

If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions conflict with mandatory statutory provisions (such as the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act), the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions nevertheless remain valid. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.
